Charlotte Sound where the Interisland ferries depart and arrive and is a
stopover for overseas cruise ships. Another nearby port, Havelock is famous
for its green-shelled mussels and is well worth a stop for a gentle stroll
and a taste of the world famous greenshell mussel.
